On the road again...just a couple of pictures along the way...

Approaching low hanging clouds in the distance.

Love the rock cuts along the way.
The low-hanging clouds in the distance didn't show up as well as I thought they would.
Still, very beautiful.

Oh, yeah, I did convince Mom to stop at a hobby shop along the way.

In the back of my Model Railroader magazine is a list of hobby shops.

New Brookland RR & Hobby Shop is the place I visited.

It was only 2 miles from the interstate, so I stopped by and purchased a few items...

Here's proof we stopped.
Our Camry parked at the side of the shop.

This shop was originally built by the owner's grandfather as a service station 40 years ago.

Here's the owner, Joe L. Rucker.

And here's what I bought.
All useful for the basement layout which will keep busy for a while after I return back home.

While I was shopping at the Hobby Shop, Mom went shopping at an antique market just down the road and across the street.

I will take a picture of what she purchased and place it here:

Mom is always thinking of her kids.
She thought, "This is such a good deal, Emily could sell it at her shop and make some money."
